Headland work with E.ON us to enable internal communication and collaboration with E.ON's eight thousand employees throughout the UK. Headland's initial project for e.on was to design and build an extranet to support a series of Senior Management Conferences.

Delegates used the extranet to sign up and attend the conference. Afterwards the extranet was used to answer and download follow-up surveys, video presentations from the delegates and to facilitate ongoing discussion.

This theme was further developed with an intranet aptly named "Think Tank": a specific Discussion Forum aimed at key managers to collaborate on developing innovative ideas on how to respond to the fast changing energy market. Work continues with further innovative web sites bringing together the best of the forum with a Flash presentation communicating the e.on retail strategy and brand development for the future in a clear and user friendly way.

At every step of the way Headland has worked to provide cost effective solutions to business communication issues.
