Communicating in store value across a product range as broad as Matalan’s requires a consistent and vigorous approach to all online communications. All initiatives have a strong value – shop online browse in store focus. All new registrations both in store and online receive a welcome email pack featuring competitions, vouchers and in store info. The Matalan Card is written into the UK retail hall of fame, the site features a cardholder offers section featuring third party promotions only available to Matalan Reward Cardholders. Promotions feature Talk Talk, RAC, LoveFilm and Fitness First.

Much of our work for Matalan has been consumer facing one significant b2b development has been the introduction of an online supply chain management programme providing the business with a low maintenance low cost channel to manage the introduction of new international suppliers.
