Client feedback module informing the highest of service standards

Rollits is one of Yorkshire's leading law firms with offices in Hull and York and a client with who Headland has enjoyed a long and successful relationship.

As a fast moving and forward thinking law firm Rollits have developed the traditional law firm model and work as a true partner with each and every of their clients and offering insightful, progressive advice and insight in multiple practice areas.

To ensure the firms enviable client list including well known national and international names and businesses from major PLCs to SMEs and charitable organisations continue to receive the highest standards of advice and insight Headland were briefed to develop a client feedback module.

The module was to be fully integrated with their public facing website and managed within the sites Umbraco content management system. To maintain the highest standards of client service management information is critical and especially data gathered directly from the client reflecting their experience.

The feedback module we developed for Rollits features a range of editable questions with a response rating from 1 to 5 presented in an appealing design to promoted engagement. The back-end graphical tables display responses that can be viewed to review performance within a date range the firms rating from a specific client on a specific matter or across a range of matters and service areas.

The data can be exported based on permissions. The system is a secure feedback loop driven by the matter number and client profile ensuring only those specifically involved in the service experience can complete the feedback request.
