Headland supports Alton Towers Groupon campaign

Headland host and maintain the front-end promotions booking engine for Alton Towers Resort.

A significant pillar of the Alton Towers summer marketing campaign for 2016 is their hotel rooms promotion with e-commerce partner Groupon. Headland delivered the bespoke technical design that supported voucher management, redemption and reporting, with bookings being taken through the resort's Opera Web Services (OWS) booking engine.

The front-end interfaces flexibly with the OWS back-office, linked to from either the Alton Towers websites or those of promotional partners. The Alton Towers Resort campaign runs through to September.
