The Solicitors Regulation Authority have asked Headland to develop a comprehensive taxonomy for their organisation.
Organising huge quantities of content and making it easy for people to find is a challenging task. Our first step has been to conduct a series of workshops to begin the process of determining the best way to classify this wealth of data. Going forward, we will deliver a framework that can be applied to the existing content as well as providing the flexibility for the content catalogue to grow.
This work will allow for some major steps forward in users’ ability to search for and retrieve the content that is most appropriate to them now and in the future. To validate the work that we are doing, a comprehensive schedule of user testing is planned. This will ensure the focus is accurate and the results are meaningful.
We look forward to continuing our work with the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
